Rent Payment Options:

Unfortunately, due to some issues, we are no longer able to accept rent payments via credit card or e-checks.

 Please make sure that checks are mailed with sufficient time to arrive at the office by the first of the month.

Maintenance Requests:

If you have an emergency situation please call your building's super and/or the building manager immediately. Anthony Ursino can be reached at 908-331-1078 and will return inquiries promptly. He can also be reached by e-mailing anthonyp@brooklynre.com.

For non-emergencies, please call the office so we can resolve your issues as promptly as possible.
